Paying your red ONE Mobile bill is easy and convenient. You have the choice of paying via:

Paying your red ONE Mobile bill online is easy and convenient. Just click here and follow the steps as shown below:
  • Login by keying in your red ONE Number and Password. (Note: Initial password is your Customer ID. You can find it in your monthly bill or call to our Customer Care 1800 11 0800 for assistance.)
  • After login, select ‘Bills’ and click ‘Download and Pay Bill’.
  • To pay your bill, select ‘Pay Now’.
  • Select your payment choice. (Choice 1: Current/Saving Account or Choice 2: Credit Card as listed below).
Choice 1: Pay by Current/Saving Account
  • Key in the Amount you wish to pay (do not put ‘RM’ in front of the amount) and tick on the Terms of Conditions box.
  • Click ‘Proceed’ after that.
  • Select your Internet Banking Account.
  • Read the Terms and Conditions and click ‘Agree and Continue’.
  • Login to your Internet Banking and process accordingly. (Note: Make sure you enable the pop-up page.)
  • Print out the statement/receipt after the payment is made.
Choice 2: Pay by Credit Card
  • Complete your credit card information.
  • Tick on the Terms of Conditions box, and click ‘Proceed’.
  • Print out the statement/receipt after the payment is made.
